A Niagara College student’s efforts to raise awareness about cancer are highlighted in an article posted by the Welland Tribune. The pink lattes to be served at the Black Sheep Lounge in Welland, will raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.  The idea was inspired by the shop owner Lucas Spinosa’s girlfriend, NC Practical Nursing student Katherine Cornwall, who is a Woman to Woman ambassador for the Canadian Cancer Society. Comments about how  Cornwall’s studies at NC and her personal experience with cancer led her to become involved are included in the article.
