Niagara College students complete culinary herb trials

A NC student horticulture project has made headlines in Greenhouse Canada’s December issue.

Authored by NC Horticulture professor Mary Jane Clark, the article features a student project growing culinary potted herbs at the NC Greenhouse. It details the project, where students compared crops grown with organic substrate with crops that are grown conventionally, and summarizes the project findings.
