Kristina Inman’s latest column, posted by the St. Catharines Standard on December 10, features sparkling wines from Niagara.
Inman, who is a business development coordinator at the College’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute as well as an instructor at NC, launched her Decanting Niagara column in November. Focusing on the sensory experience of food and drink, it will run every fourth Monday in The Standard.
