Decanting Niagara: The Standard introduces new column by NC’s Kristina Inman


Kristina Inman, business development coordinator at the College’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute as well as an instructor at NC, has launched a new column called Decanting Niagara. Her column, which focuses on the sensory experience of food and drink, will run every fourth Monday beginning Nov. 13.
