EATING NIAGARA: Bits and bites of local food news


Eating Niagara, a column posted by the St. Catharines Standard on October 30, mention’s Niagara College’s role in developing a light cider for Reinhart Foods.

Reinhart’s Red Apple Light Cider, the first light product of its kind in the Canadian cider market, at 3.8 per cent ABV, hit the LCBO shelves earlier this year.  The product was noted as being developed after 10 months of work with the College.
