Today Magazine features Benchmark


Benchmark Restaurant made headlines in the September issue of Today Magazine. Under the subhead ‘Globally inspired and locally driven, the on-campus restaurant was featured in an ‘On the table’ article (beginning on page 29 with Benchmark on page 30), along with The Kasbah and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. The article includes comments from executive chef Alex White and associate dean of the Canadian Food and Wine Institute Gary Torraville.
