College asks Region for $1.6M for new complex

Niagara College’s request to the Region to support its new Agri-Food Research Complex, under construction at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus, was the subject of an article in The Standard on Sept. 29.

The article mentions that College president Dan Patterson visited the Region’s planning committee meeting this week, asking the Region to pitch in $1.6-million to help cover the cost of the new facility – part of the College’s $65-million redevelopment.
