Message from Dan Patterson: Day of Reflection to celebrate “Our Past, Our Future”

Please join your colleagues and me at our upcoming Day of Reflection event, April 27 at the Welland Campus.

Day of Reflection is a wonderful Niagara College tradition that brings us together to reflect on the past year and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.

This year, Day of Reflection takes on a special significance as we mark our 50th Anniversary. With the theme of “Our Past, Our Future,” we will reflect on our successes over our first half-century, and examine how the role of colleges continues to evolve.  Concurrent sessions will highlight some of the great work already underway to build our future.  We’ll honour some of the leaders of our college over the past 50 years and hear their stories.  We’ll also hear from current students who will help us to understand how Niagara College is enriching their lives and fulfilling their dreams.  It will be a wonderful kick-off to our 50th Anniversary celebrations.

The program will culminate in a special 50th anniversary aerial staff photo, followed by lunch.

Day of Reflection takes place at the Welland Campus gymnasium. Doors open at 7:45 am and the program begins at 8:30 am. To help organizers, please be sure to register online for this event. For registration information, click here.

I look forward to seeing you there.
