Chef Michael Blackie teams up with visiting colleagues for ‘performance’ dinners at NeXt in Stittsville


The Ottawa Citizen features an article about celebrity chef Michael Blackie’s Three Chefs, One Dinner event at NeXT, on April 12, with CFWI dean Craig Youdale and Rudi Fischbacher, associate dean of Humber College’s school of hospitality, recreation and tourism in Toronto.

The dinner is among neight events this year that will each feature two out-of-town chefs joining him in the kitchen to prepare elaborate dinners, and each dinner will be preceded by cooking demonstrations from each chef.

A dinner event on July 19 will also feature CFWI faculty Ted Reader, who will join Blackie in the kitchen with celebrity chef Chris Pritchard.
