The holiday season has arrived at the NC Greenhouse with thousands of poinsettias available for purchase.
There are than 16 varieties – including red, pink, white, multi-colour and more – are available in 6” ($7) and 10” ($20) sizes.
Sales of the student-grown plants support academic programs at NC. The Greenhouse also partners with community agencies to provide poinsettias for fundraising – including the United Way, Meals on Wheels, local churches and senior’s residences.
Located at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus, the Greenhouse is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
