A reminder to join your colleagues at Niagara Day on Wednesday, August 31 at the Welland Campus.
Niagara Day will include presentations of the service awards, the Niagara Champions award, the College Educator Development Program Certificates and the Awards of Excellence.
Another highlight of this year’s event is a group of recent graduates who will share their own NC stories and discuss how it changed their lives and helped move them towards their dreams
A few important Niagara Day reminders:
- With the enhancements to the cafeteria and student commons at NOTL, Niagara Day moves to the Welland Campus for 2016;
- The doors will open at 7:45 am and the program will begin at 8:30 am;
- Following the program, lunch will be served by Benchmark in the Eva Lewis Learning Commons. To manage the lineups for lunch, we will proceed to the Learning Commons by row, with the front rows leaving the gym first;
- Please wear your nametag, and remember to bring a non-perishable food item or toiletries for the SAC food bank;
- Parking passes will be available for pickup, and be sure to stop by the NC Toastmasters and Research and Innovation Booths;
- The Greenhouse will also be selling Basil the Cat key chains to support the Basil Bursary, which will be presented to a student in 2017;
- Help us to reach our sustainability goals by bringing a refillable beverage container for coffee and water.
