Motorcycle Training programs are revving up to begin at Niagara College on April 8.
Through its Part-Time Studies department, the College has trained more than 7,000 students about how to safely enjoy, operate and ride motorcycles over the past three decades. Following Canada Safety Council’s Gearing Up curriculum, the College has conducted its Basic Rider Training course since 1983. The programs combine highly-experienced instructors with top-notch training resources to deliver solid safety practices and riding skills to riders of all ages.
In addition to the Basic Rider Training, the College offers an Introduction to Motorcycling Class for those considering riding a motorcycle, wishing to try before they buy, or interested in getting a glimpse of what all the excitement is about. Introduction to Motorcycling is not intended to replace the full Basic Rider Training course – it is a three-hour session designed to pique your interest.
The College also offers a M2 Exit course for experienced street motorcyclists who are eligible to obtain a full M licence (after having a M2 licence for a minimum of 22 months).
