Niagara College staff, students and faculty will be among thousands to participate in the 10th annual Rankin Cancer Run on Saturday, May 23.
The annual event, which has raised more than $4.6 million during the past nine years, supports cancer-based supports and services right here in the Niagara region. One of the most notable aspects of this event is that every dollar raised stays in the Niagara community. The event that draws thousands of people every year – 12,000 last year alone.
Niagara College is a long-time supporter of the run and last, year, the College’s team was 100 members strong, raising more than $4,000.
NC staff, faculty and students are invited to join the College’s Rankin Cancer Run team. You don’t need to be a runner to participate in the five-kilometer event – most people walk the distance. It’s an experience that the entire family is welcome to attend.
