Niagara College is pleased to have its Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus selected as the venue for the Council of the Federation’s Opening Reception.
The Council of the Federation is comprised of Canada’s 13 provincial and territorial premiers. Along with the premiers, more than 300 representatives from government, business and the media will visit Niagara College.
The event will be an opportunity for guests to experience Niagara College’s unique brand of applied education and the outstanding work of students, faculty and staff. It will also shine a light on the unparalleled capacity of Canadian colleges to effectively train skilled, job-ready graduates to meet industry needs.
Guests of the Council of the Federation’s Opening Reception will get a taste of NC’s unique approach to food, wine and beer education. They will have a chance to sample NC’s award-winning wines and beers, as well as regional cuisine – all produced and prepared by students and faculty in NC’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute.
