Please note that recent phone upgrades have resulted in a few minor changes in how the phone systems operate, including:
- For phones at Niagara-on-the-Lake, the voice recognition system can now be reached by dialing 7111. Dialing “0” from Niagara-on-the-Lake will now take you directly to the switchboard.
- The process for dialing long distance numbers from Welland Campus phones has changed: all long distance numbers can now be reached by dialing 9 + (area code) + number, even for numbers that don’t require a long-distance code (ie: Niagara Falls numbers).
Please note: the voice recognition system can be reached from any campus by simply dialing 7111 and speaking the name.
