Yoga for Mental Health Workshop (DJP)

This workshop is meant for Indigenous students to support and enhance their wellness and coping strategies. In this session, students will learn a variety of movement and breathwork practices to support their mental health. This is designed so that practices can easily be done by students at home, on and off the mat.
Yoga mats and props will be supplied – please bring your student ID and wear comfortable clothing. Yoga pants, sweatpants and in between – whatever feels more comfortable on your body.
This workshop is for all bodies, all genders, all abilities, and all levels of yoga experience.
