Managing Test Anxiety Workshop (DJP)

By participating in this workshop, students will learn how to cope more effectively with test anxiety to support their success. They will learn how to identify the signs of test anxiety and how to manage it by using coping techniques; develop a wellness plan for before, during, and after the tests to reduce anxiety; feel calmer and more confident going into final exams. In partnership with Health, Wellness, & Accessibility Services.
