Centre for Academic Excellence (CAE)

The Centre for Academic Excellence works in partnership with the academic departments and service units of Niagara College to enhance educational quality and support innovation in teaching, learning and curriculum through quality assurance processes and the provision of faculty and curriculum development services, programs, resources and research.

Centre for Organizational Excellence (COE)

The Centre for Professional and Organization Development (COE) has responsibility for professional and organizational development services at Niagara College.

The COE team designs and delivers orientation programs for the College and professional development programs for support staff and administrators. COE leads the College’s engagement days (Niagara Day, Day of Reflection, and Support Team Day), manages our employee recognition programs (Years of Service and Awards of Excellence), and learning support programs (Tuition Assistance Program and Leadership Development Fund). The team also provides internal consultation and learning support for organizational change; manages leadership development, succession planning, and team development initiatives; and, in conjunction with other campus units, works to deepen organizational effectiveness.
