Sun Life Online Account Information

Managing your benefits online:

Log into mySunLife.ca or use the my Sun Life mobile app to manage your benefits online, make claims and name a beneficiary.

You will need to set up a new account the first time that you log in. Once you set up your account, be sure to remember your username and password for future use.

Setting up your beneficiaries:

Beneficiaries for group life benefits must be designated through the mySunLife.ca website. Make sure to review your beneficiary information regularly, and update through mySunLife.ca if there are any changes.

Online Claims

Online claims are quick and easy, and you may receive a response to your claim within as little as 24 hours.

Log in to mySunLife.ca to submit an online claim.

Paper Claims

Sun Life Financial also accepts paper claims. Visit the Forms section of the Sun Life website, where you can find updated forms for dental claims and general claims.
