About Human Resources

Our Human Resources team supports employees across the College through collaborative and confidential service.

We serve as a point of contact and resource through all stages of employment, offering a wide variety of programs, initiatives and opportunities to participate in our NC culture. We work to develop meaningful and responsive relationships with our clients and create an inclusive and engaging work environment for all staff.

We employ a service model that assigns all employees with a dedicated HR Consultant, HR Coordinator and ODL (Organizational Development & Learning) Consultant for their department. This model ensures that employees have consistent points of contact within HR and the ability to reach out for one-on-one consultations at any time.
