Join the Niagara Queer Run Crew at NC for an afternoon filled with movement and connection!

Participants will join the crew on a 2 km loop around the Welland Campus, moving and engaging in the way that works best for them. Please note that the movement portion of the event will take place outside so dress for the weather.

Following the loop, participants will be invited inside to enjoy light refreshments, make connections, and hear from the Niagara Queer Run Crew founder and crew leads on how the crew came to be, building community, the impact of the crew and how it’s grown over time.

About the Niagara Queer Run Crew

The Niagara Queer Run Crew (NQRC) is a dedicated safe space for 2S/LGBTQQIA+ folx and allies to move however they are comfortable – fast, slow, and any speed in between. We encourage everyone to move as they are and are accepting of all identities. The crew meets at Mahtay Cafe every Sunday at 9:50AM, except on the third weekend of each month when they meet on Saturday at Little Red Coffee in Fort Erie at the same time. The routes are a relaxed ~5K out-and-back and everyone is always invited to stick around to socialize and connect back at the cafe. There’s a place for everyone at NQRC no matter where you are on your journey of self-discovery and we’re always happy to welcome new members.
