November 1, 2022 @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

Our Thrive@NC program is designed to build and enhance resilience in students.

At the heart of Thrive@NC is the Five Factor Model of Resilience comprising of gratitude, optimism, self-compassion, and grit, with mindfulness at the very core. Along with the Thriving Strategy each week, we will be covering a Learning Strategy – see the details below for the outline of topics. Our goal is to help students thrive, both academically and personally.

Thrive@NC is an in-person program that is open to all students. We hope you can attend all five sessions, but you can attend just one! Jennifer Babin and Emily Appleyard will be presenting our Thrive@NC Program to our students.
