Loading Events

November 8, 2022 @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

Our Thrive@NC program is designed to build and enhance resilience in students.

At the heart of Thrive@NC is the Five Factor Model of Resilience comprising of gratitude, optimism, self-compassion, and grit, with mindfulness at the very core. Along with the Thriving Strategy each week, we will be covering a Learning Strategy – see the details below for the outline of topics. Our goal is to help students thrive, both academically and personally.

Thrive@NC is an in person program open to all students. We hope you can attend all five sessions, but you can attend just one! Jennifer Babin and Emily Appleyard will be presenting our Thrive@NC Program to our students.
