Signature Chef Series: New Orleans and Chef Eric Martinez

$175Niagara College’s Signature Chef Series is back by popular demand, and its second guest chef for 2024 will bring the tastes of Louisiana to Benchmark as a party to celebrate the end of the summer.
On Saturday, October 5, the legendary dinner series will kick off with Executive Chef Eric Martinez from the Orlando World Center Marriott – the largest Marriott Hotel globally renowned for its “world beyond compare” experience.
Starting from the Benchmark restaurant, with a speakeasy bar and reception-style experience, to action food stations in our outdoor tent and patio, guests will enjoy a one-of-a-kind night with music, friends, and families.
Guests will enjoy an eight-course food carnival served by different stations, passed around with Niagara College wine, beer, and cocktails.
