Project Management: Plan

This is the third course in a 4-part Project Management series. In this course you will learn more about the plan phase of a project. In the plan phase, you identify how the work will be done and create a schedule for delivering the project.
In this course you will learn how to:
- Conduct a project kick-off meeting
- Create a project plan/schedule
- Create a communication plan
You will walk away from this course with templates that you can use and adapt to your own projects.
Please note, this session is for all NC employees. We encourage to attend all 4 parts of the project management series, however you are free to choose to attend those that are of most interest to you.
