This is the final course in a 4-part Project Management series. In this course you will learn more about the execute phase of a project. The execute phase is where the work gets done. You will also learn about monitoring and closing out your project.

In this course you will get hands-on practice with

• Conducting project touchpoint meetings
• Maintaining a RAID log
• Creating project status reports
• Conducting a lessons learned meeting
• Creating a project close report

You will walk away from this course with templates that you can use and adapt to your own projects.

Please note, this session is for all NC employees. We encourage to attend all 4 parts of the project management series, however you are free to choose to attend those that are of most interest to you.
