Project Management: Define

This is the second course in a 4-part Project Management series. In this course you will learn more about the define phase of a project. In the define phase, the idea of the project comes to life and the focus of this phase is identifying what the project will do.
In this course you will get hands-on practice with:
- Setting up your project in Microsoft Teams
- Creating a project charter
- Creating a RASCI chart
You will walk away from this course with templates that you can use and adapt to your own projects.
Please note, we encourage to attend all 4 parts of the project management series, however you are free to choose to attend those that are of most interest to you.
