Get out in community and celebrate with the Indigenous Community. Community information will be shared when it becomes available

The Fort Erie Native Friendship Centre is welcoming community members to attend Indigenous Solidarity Day! Auction Tables, craft area, children’s play area, vendors Taco fundraiser and more!:

  • 5:30 a.m. Sunrise Ceremony
  • 10 a.m. Opening and Welcoming
  • 10:30 a.m. Guest Speaker
  • 11:30 a.m. Women Singers
  • 12pm Dance Presentations
  • 2:30 p.m. Smoke Dance Contest & Guest Performers
  • 5:30 p.m. Pot Luck Dinner (Bring a dish)
  • 6:30 p.m. Social

Niagara Regional Friendship Centre is partnering with the Performing Arts Centre in Robertson Hall for Q&A session with Snotty Nose Rez Kids from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. Then at 1:30 p.m. come out back and join us for some Interactive Teachings at the Backyard of the First Ontario Performing Arts Centre

  • Rodger Jacklin teachings at 1:30 p.m.
  • Isaiah Gilson teachings at 2:30 p.m.
  • Quinn Hill and Avery Parker Lacrosse Demonstration at 4 p.m.
