Let’s get real deadly*

In honour of Indigenous Peoples Day, you are invited to connect with the land in the Indigenous Garden and calm your mind through a gentle yoga and breathwork practice. This practice is for all bodies, all genders, all abilities, and all levels of yoga experience. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, as limited mats and props will be available.

Wear comfortable clothing that feels good on your body. In event of inclement weather, the workshop will be held in the Daniel J. Patterson Campus Athletic Centre – Fitness Studio (N034). Please check the NC Indigenous Education Instagram for location changes.

*Real deadly is a slang word known amongst Indigenous peoples in Canada to describe something as awesome, excellent, or great.
