During times of change, clear and confident leadership is essential.

In this session, you will gain the skills needed to communicate effectively and address common challenges that arise during change. You will learn how to leverage various communication mediums to reach your team, draft a communication plan, and practice responding to employee concerns with confidence. By the end of the session, you will also have the opportunity to develop an action plan to help your team successfully adopt and sustain the change.
