International Baking Pop-up – Switzerland

Join our Baking & Pastry Arts Students as they prepare flavours from around the world for their final capstone project!
Students are tasked to host an international bakery pop-up where they design and plan the menu based on a country. For this event, students will explore flavours from Argentina and prepare items to highlight the culture and cuisine.
Stop by the Culinary Lobby at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus on April 10 from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. to explore the delicious flavours of Switzerland.
