Time: 11 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. noon
Small tastes of the final menu showcase:
- 100 KM NC Grown Salad, Carrot Puree, Seeds and Oats, Red Wine Vinaigrette
- Tomato Bisque, Seafood Ravioli (Lobster, scallop, shrimp, mussels), Rainbow tomatoes, Sea Asparagus
- Surf and Turf
- Wood Fired AAA Beef Tenderloin, Canadian Lobster Tail, Pommes Berny, Pea Tart, Canadian Whiskey Sauce
- Maple Niagara Nut Tart
- Vanilla Sauce, Fresh Berries
The menu consists of 5 food stations and a non alcoholic beverage will be available.
