Master the art of recognizing problems and tackling them logically and creatively before they get blown out of proportion. Solve problems more effectively. This course will introduce problem solving strategies that will allow you to conduct brainstorming sessions within the team, create and foster good relationships with all members, apply creative thinking and ensure that solutions are properly implemented.

This workshop will be delivered in one 90-minute session and will focus on the following:
Spotlight on problem-solving
Basic rules of problem solving
Thinking in questions with examples of powerful questions
Solution focused approach to problem solving
Organizational supports for good problem solving
