“Exams Are Coming: Managing Test Anxiety” Workshop

Join us for a one-hour virtual workshop on learning how to cope more effectively with test anxiety and support your success. This workshop will focus on identifying the signs of test anxiety, coping techniques to manage test anxiety, and developing a wellness plan for before, during, and after the tests to reduce anxiety.
Our goal is to help you feel calmer and more confident going into final exams!
