Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Learning Series

Throughout this three module learning series, participants will gain a foundational understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Each module will provide an introduction to common terms and concepts and provide participants with the opportunity to enhance their learning through interactive activities and complimentary learning material to further their learning following the sessions.

*Please note it is recommended that participants attend Module 1 before attending either Module 2 or Module 3.

Module 2: Microaggressions-Intent vs. Impact

This Module will focus on an introduction to and understanding of the following topics:

• Unconscious Bias
• Microaggressions
• Intent vs. Impact
