This session is for Aspiring Leaders and People Leaders at NC.
Who is an Aspiring Leader? An Aspiring Leader is anyone who is curious about leadership and/or wants to grow their ability to lead others – no matter what their current role is.
Your leadership identity conveys who you are or aspire to be as a leader, the value you bring, and how your experiences have shaped or will shape the unique leader you are becoming. Join us in this session to craft a genuine identity statement, practice communicating it with confidence, and receive constructive feedback to refine and strengthen your statement.
