Join us for an exciting exploration through flavour at the Niagara College’s largest-ever Global Food Tour reception!

Indulge in a worldwide food journey right in our culinary lab and immerse yourself as you savour mouthwatering dishes prepared by NC Culinary Students. This Reception allows our students to showcase their cooking and hospitality skills as they prepare the dishes in front of you.

Students will have 12 food stations, showcasing a different culture at each station. They will explore flavours from various cultures, including Indigenous cuisine, Central/ South/North America, Japan, India, The Middle East, and Europe.
