Get a taste of our culinary labs! Students in our Culinary programs cook delicious cuisine throughout the term which we pull out of the classroom for guests to purchase and take away via Culinary Pop-Up events.

Each Pop-Up event showcases our students’ new skills and new menus. This Week our students have created a pork menu for your enjoyment. Stop by Benchmark at 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. to try their mouthwatering creations!

In recognition of Black History Month, all proceeds from this Pop-up Event will be donated to Erica’s Embrace to support individuals that identify as Caribbean, Black, or African descent in the Niagara Region by providing advocacy and by donating specific hair and beauty care products to various community and social services organizations in Ontario!
