$25Join our Culinary students in their lab as they create this one-of-a-kind dining experience for you.
The reception will be held at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Lab: HT115 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.
The cost to attend the lab reception is $25 and tickets can be purchased here.
The Lab Reception Menu is proudly created by our CULN 1340 students with their Chef Professor Erik Mauke.
The menu consists of a variety of food stations, including Scallops, Gourmet Donuts, Culinary Burger, Smoked Carrot Lox, and non alcoholic beverages will be available.
