Get a taste of NC’s culinary labs!

Students in the Culinary programs cook delicious cuisine throughout the term which they pull out of the classroom for guests to purchase and take away via Culinary Pop-Up events.

Each Pop-Up event showcases culinary students’ new skills and new menus.

This week, students have created a food truck menu for your enjoyment. Stop by Benchmark from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to try their mouthwatering creations!
