Join our Culinary Students for their final exam service as they prepare a 5-course tasting menu, highlighting their hard work and dedication. This service will feature Regional Canadian Cuisine.

Details:

  • Date: December 12
  • Time: 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Location: Benchmark dining room
  • Ticket price: $60 plus taxes
    • Tickets can be purchased here.
  • A cash bar will be available for this service.

Menu options include:

Option 1 – Chef’s Tasting Menu:

  • Niagara Fall Harvest Pickled Relish Tray
  • Bread Service
  • Butternut Squash Soup with Ricotta Spinach Ravioli and Shrimp
  • Maple Wood-Fired Pork Tenderloin & Spiced Pork Belly with Grainy Mustard and Aromatic Sauces, served with Quinoa Tart, Cauliflower Purée, Berny Potato, Apple Butter, and Seasonal Vegetables
  • Poached Pear Cranberry Custard Tart with Vanilla Frozen Yogurt and Fruits
  • Take Away: Crafted Shortbread Cookies

Option 2 – Ovo Lacto Vegetarian Menu:

  • Niagara Fall Harvest Pickled Relish Tray
  • Bread Service
  • Butternut Squash Soup with Ricotta Spinach Ravioli
  • Maple Wood-Fired Carrot & Apple Glaze with Carrot Pesto on Spiced Paneer Cheese and Canadian Crunch, served with Quinoa Tart, Cauliflower Purée, Berny Potatoes, and Seasonal Vegetables
  • Apple Tatin with Sponge Toffee, Black Cherry Frozen Yogurt, and Vanilla Sauce
  • Take Away: Crafted Shortbread Cookies
