Menu options include:
Option 1 – Chef Tasting Menu:
- Chef’s Bread Selection with butter
- 100 Metre NC Grown Salad with Carrot Puree, Seeds and Oats, Red Wine Vinaigrette
- Tomato Bisque with Seafood Ravioli, Rainbow Tomatoes, Sea Asparagus
- Surf and Turf featuring Wood-Fired AAA Beef Tenderloin, Canadian Lobster Tail, Pommes Berny, Quinoa Pea Tart, and Canadian Whiskey Sauce
- Maple Niagara Nut Tart
Option 2 – Chef Wellness Menu (Vegetarian):
- Chef’s Bread Selection with butter
