Join our Culinary Students for their Final Exam as they prepare a Harvest Fest menu in our Benchmark dining room with a take-home delight.

Our Culinary 1340 students will be presenting:

Reception:

  • Beef & Planted Black Bean Burgers
  • Salmon & Carrot lox on Rosti Potatoes

Family Style Dinner:

  • Beets and Kale Salad
  • Octoberfest Cabbage, Warm Maple Chilli Brussels Sprouts, Rainbow Carrots + Spinach
  • Roast Potato Garlic Soup
  • Fish & Crisps
  • Pork Schnitzel, Vindaloo and Tourtiere Pie & Planted
  • Basmati Rice, Mini Golden Potatoes, Harvest Vegetables
  • Carrot Cake, Apple Pie, Local Ice Cream
