Do you have questions about how to be more inclusive, respectful, welcoming, and supportive of 2SLGBTQ+ students and colleagues? Are you not exactly sure what that acronym means and want more information? This workshop is for you!

This 90-minute workshop offers a safe environment for employees to:

• become familiar with 2SLGBTQ+ terminology and inclusive language;
• better understand the lived experiences of 2SLGBTQ+ students and colleagues at Niagara College;
• explore strategies for creating safe and inclusive spaces.

This interactive series will provide participants with the opportunity to join the sessions in a hybrid format either virtually or in-person.
