Coldest Night of the Year (fundraiser walk)

Join this family-friendly walk to raise money for local charities!
This year’s Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser proceeds will go to Welland’s Open Arms Mission, a local food bank that provides groceries, snacks, and personal care items to people in need.
NC Hairstyling Professor Joe Abbruscato, who has been organizing the NC team since 2014, aims to raise $7,500 to help the homeless, hungry and hurting in the Niagara community.
As one the event sponsors, Niagara College is the host venue for the walk and will be providing complimentary refreshments throughout the evening.
The 2.5-km walk will kick off at 5 p.m. at the Niagara College Welland Campus, Athletic & Student Centre Entrance (100 Niagara College Blvd). Participants will also have the chance to enjoy a light meal after the walk during the event wrap up from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
