CCDI Webinar: Neurodiversity: Strategies for creating a neurodiverse organization
April 12, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Note: This webinar is being offered through the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI)
Supporting neurodiversity brings many benefits, but most organizations lack the understanding of how to create an environment that is friendly to neurodiverse individuals, leading to high unemployment and a talent pool that isn’t being fully used. In this talk with Gillian Burgis, Co-founder of Inclusive Environments, we explore the benefits as well as organizational and accommodation barriers that come with building neurodiverse organizations.
Hosted by: Eamon Leonard
Audience/Level: This is an introductory to intermediate level webinar for anyone interested in learning about neurodiversity and how to build organizations that are inclusive to neurodiverse people.
