Join us for our 17 round of Caps, Corks and Forks!!
The evening will start at 5:00 p.m. at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, in the Rankin Family Student Commons.
Students from the Winery program will compete in a mug of war, against their Brewmaster student counterparts while Culinary Students prepare the feast, served by Hospitality and Tourism students!
New this year: The evening will commence with a reception consisting of delicious hors d’oeuvres, paired with cocktails curated by our Artisan Distilling students.
The five-course dinner prepared by the Culinary Arts students will have a new twist – this meal will be graded as part of their final exam.
Dinner:
- Dinner includes 5 courses, each course paired with a wine and a beer. You as our guest, will vote on each course, choosing the wine or beer that is your personal favorite with the dish.
Tickets:
- Tickets are $160 + tax, all tickets can be purchased online here. Must be 19 years of age or older to attend the event.
Event Policies:
- Refund Policy: A full refund will be approved up to 7 days prior to the event date with the event brite fee being non-refundable.
Important notice on allergies/dietary concerns:
- Please note any allergy or dietary concern, must be shared with our staff in advance of the event, not on the date of the event, to plan accordingly.
