Niagara College is raising a glass to milestone moments — 15 years of Brewmasters, 25 years of Winemakers, and decades of exceptional hands-on learning — with the return of our beloved Caps, Corks and Forks event.
On February 21, guests are invited to the Rankin Family Student Commons at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus for an unforgettable evening that begins at 5:00 p.m.
Watch as students from our Winery and Viticulture Technician Program go head-to-head with their Brewmaster & Brewery Operation Management Program counterparts in an exhilarating Tug of War! Meanwhile, our talented Culinary Management students will craft an exquisite five-course dinner, with each course expertly paired with a selection of NC wine and beer, served by NC Hospitality and Tourism Management students.
Will it be Team Beer or Team Wine that takes the crown? Be part of this spectacular event—we can’t wait to see you there!
