Join us in welcoming For4ged Candle Company founder and Co-owner Taylor Parker as he guides us through a candle making workshop.

Taylor was born and raised at Six Nations of the Grand River territory. He is a member of the Kanien’kéha (Mohawk) nation, Bear clan. Taylor was raised working on the family owned native plant nursery.

This workshop will take place on January 18 at NC’s Welland Campus in the Indigenous Center (L201) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. All materials necessary will be provided, no prior experience necessary. You will need at least 1 hour to complete your candle.

Each participant will get to learn the process of making their own candle to take home, from start to finish.
