Male students are invited to take part in an engaging and thought-provoking workshop facilitated by White Ribbon focused on preventing gender-based violence and promoting healthy masculinities.

This session will explore:

• The root causes of gender-based violence, including the impact of gender norms and societal expectations

• Practical ways male-identified individuals can help prevent gender-based violence

• How to build meaningful allyship

• Systems of violence present within traditional and social media

• Strategies to promote gender equality and healthy masculinities

The event will take place from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. in room AH262 at the Welland Campus.
